Peter Brusso takes you through the entire process of using your Defender. If you purchase the defender 1 and DVD set, the DVD is about two hours long and shows you everything you need to know to defend yourself. The DVD is a revolution in itself such that you can learn so easily from stop action, highlighting and darkening, all of the main points required for you to use your defender. It takes about one hour to get proficient with the defender such that you can protect yourself from just about any attacker. Now clearly, the defender won't help if you're being shot at from a long-distance; however, any close quarter combat the defender is a major plus. A defender is truly the best self-defense weapon you could possibly own. It is perfect for women's self-defense, home safety, personal safety, and even easy enough to be taught to children.
